FAQ

Questions families ask us first

No — we are a licensed non-emergency medical transport provider. For life-threatening emergencies, please call your local emergency number (120 in mainland China, 911 in North America, 999/112 in the UK/EU) immediately. We then support the planned inter-hospital, cross-province or international transfer that follows.

Our operations centre is staffed 24/7. Domestic ambulance transfers can often be dispatched the same day; air ambulance and charter missions typically require a clinical assessment plus permits, and are usually confirmed within 12–72 hours depending on route and aircraft availability.

We coordinate transfers across China with 28+ branch offices, plus regular missions to and from Southeast Asia, the Middle East and the UAE, Europe and the UK, and North America. Cross-border documentation and landing permits are handled by our team.

Yes. Every air and long-distance mission is escorted by our own medical crew, with staffing matched to the patient’s condition — from a nurse and paramedic up to a physician-led ICU team with advanced monitoring and ventilation equipment.

You receive an itemized quotation before departure, covering the vehicle or aircraft, medical crew, equipment and route. There are no hidden surcharges at the destination. Insurance and corporate billing can be arranged where applicable.

On most missions, yes — aircraft and ground vehicles are configured to seat one to two accompanying family members next to the patient. On charter flights cabin space allows more; on commercial stretcher cases airline regulations limit companions, and we arrange their seats separately.

Where the insurer agrees, we bill directly. Our case desk works with travel, health and assistance insurers daily — authorisation, pre-agreed rates and the documentation families need for reimbursement are all part of the service.

Still unsure? Ask us directly —
24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Tell us the patient’s location, condition and destination. Our coordinator will assess the case and come back with an options plan — usually within the hour.
